Human Resources Business Partner

Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in retail to join the team in Riyadh. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting the management team, and driving employee engagement across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.
  • Talent Management:
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts tailored to the retail sector, focusing on hiring top-tier candidates.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Identify and address talent gaps in coordination with management.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Create a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support managers in the execution of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development.
  • Collaborate on creating individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
  • HR Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with leadership on succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Learning & Development:
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to retail employees and management teams.
  • Ensure employees have access to relevant learning resources to enhance their skills.


Qualifications

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
