Looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong background in retail to join the team in Riyadh. The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, supporting the management team, and driving employee engagement across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.
- Talent Management:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts tailored to the retail sector, focusing on hiring top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies.
- Identify and address talent gaps in coordination with management.
- Employee Relations:
- Create a positive workplace culture by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Support managers in the execution of performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee development.
- Collaborate on creating individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
- HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Partner with leadership on succession planning and workforce planning.
- Learning & Development:
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to retail employees and management teams.
- Ensure employees have access to relevant learning resources to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
