Examine, test and measure product from assigned equipment for quality specifications, using appropriate gauges and instruments and record date. Check Camera operations – analyze camera reject and report to area team leader Setting-up, adjusting, repairing, maintaining and overhaul of Necker and IBOComplies with position related safety SOP’s and work instructions, especially for Lockout/Tag out, Chemical Handling, Machine Guarding, Housekeeping, SQF, and Personal Protective Equipment. Check machines and analyze any mechanical or operational issues. Make changeovers or conversions by setting up assigned equipment for change in material, size or product. Check, test and measure product for quality specifications. Perform Preventative Maintenance inspection of assigned equipment, report findings and take appropriate action. To maximize production and minimize spoilage during the manufacturing process. Examine, test and measure product from assigned equipment for quality specifications, using appropriate gauges and instruments and record date. Apply and implement 5S system.<br>Professional & Education Qualification: Requires 3 years mechanical diploma education Requires three years previous experience the same field<br>Skills and Knowledge:Able to use hand tools with hands on skills Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. The role focuses on maintaining operational integrity, upholding quality standards, and implementing preventative measures to maximize production efficiency and minimize waste.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>

<li >Ensure the Necker machine operates properly, free from operational issues or quality defects.</li>
<li >Examine, test, and measure products from assigned equipment against quality specifications using appropriate gauges and instruments, and accurately record data.</li>

<li >Assist with the installation, trials, and commissioning processes for new machinery.</li>
<li >Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using the Apriso system within agreed timeframes.</li>
<li >Rebuild unit spares and effectively manage the inventory of spare parts.</li>
<li >Provide training and support to team members and cover shifts as required to maintain operational continuity.</li>
<li >Operate Forklift Trucks (FLT) and perform various machining tasks, including turning, milling, and grinding, when necessary.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Experience Requirements</h3>
<p >Candidates for this role should possess <strong >0-1 years of relevant experience</strong> in mechanical maintenance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.</p> <h3 >Technical Skills and Operational Support</h3>
