Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their jewellery needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and care of various jewellery products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in the jewellery industry.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Participate in store promotions and events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design and detail.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in high-end retail environments with a focus on client relations.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Understanding of jewellery valuation, appraisal, and repair services is a plus.
