- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in the jewellery industry.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Participate in store promotions and events to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for design and detail.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in high-end retail environments with a focus on client relations.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Understanding of jewellery valuation, appraisal, and repair services is a plus.
