• Monitor the implementation of company operational environmental management plan, environmental policy and practices through inspections and environmental awareness campaigns.
• Lead in environmental awareness, at all levels of the organization through toolbox meetings on the impact of emerging environmental issues, whether legislative or best practices, on corporate, ethical and social responsibility.
• Development and Implementation of CESMP, EMS Manual and Environmental plan in execution of the project.
• Conduct & report Environmental pre and post construction walkover surveys.
• Deployed on the site to conduct an environmental gap analysis to meet NCEC/ESIA standard requirements.

• Developed the waste management on site, collection, and disposal procedure in accordance with the demands of the national center of waste management (MEWA)
• Accountable for waste management on site. Following the client approval of the WMP, a waste management system awareness training was held on the site in front of the client by PMC.
• Conduct weekly meetings with subcontractor representatives and liaise with them to ensure variation in the scope or timing of the work that may impact upon the environment, worker and local communities.
• Assigned to assess a contractor’s environmental performance in relation to the environmental management system 14001:2015 and report to senior assurance department.

Skills

2-Preferably a holder of a professional certificate in the environmental field (IEMA, NEBOSH, EPA, ISO 14001 etc).
