<h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul >
<li >Adjust pressure, temperature, flow rates, and purity parameters to support oxygen and nitrogen production.</li>
<li >Record daily operating parameters of Air Separation Plant (ASP) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) storage and handling equipment.</li>
<li >Identify and report any defects or failures during shifts to the Shift In-Charge.</li>
<li >Conduct daily checks and note parameters for ASP equipment, including compressors, chilled water equipment, turbines, cold boxes, pumps, and storage facilities, ensuring compliance with safety requirements.</li>
<li >Coordinate preventive maintenance with Mechanical Technicians according to servicing plans and oversee jobs during planned downtime and corrective maintenance activities under safety norms.</li>
<li >Perform shift activities in the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), including sand filter backwash and water blowdown.</li>
<li >Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations by providing accurate failure observations, field-level feedback, and execution insights.</li>
<li >Apply approved preventive actions and updated maintenance tasks resulting from RCA outcomes.</li>
<li >Inspect, preserve, and functionally test critical spare parts stored in the warehouse, following defined procedures and schedules.</li>
<li >Accurately record maintenance execution data in SAP, including work performed, failure symptoms, parts replaced, and observations.</li>
<li >Manage the operation and process tasks of the Air Separation Plant.</li>
<li >Adjust oxygen and nitrogen parameters as required by Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) and Ladle Furnace (LF) processes.</li>
<li >Monitor technical and safety parameters of LPG storage facilities and handling equipment, including compressors, tanks, boilers, pumps, evaporators, and pressure-reducing stations.</li>
<li >Oversee the operation of the ASP, WTP, compressed air plant, and LPG storage system.</li>
<li >Assist in coordination with EAF, LF, and caster teams to manage demand and with other departments regarding team requirements.</li>
<li >Conduct daily shift activities, addressing operation and maintenance problems, and checking for system leaks in compressors and storage tanks.</li>
<li >Handle emergency power failure activities in WTP, CAP, ASP, and LPG storage systems.</li>
<li >Record oxygen purity, output, and alarms, and adhere to instructions from Management.</li>
<li >Record field readings of ASP, WTP, CAP, and LPG storage systems as per log sheets and report any abnormalities.</li>
<li >Implement safety procedures during the unloading of LPG from mobile tankers to storage tanks.</li>
<li >Clean equipment, tools, and work areas by removing combustible materials and perform cleaning after maintenance jobs.</li>
<li >Execute safe shutdown and startup procedures for the oxygen plant.</li>
<li >Handle liquid oxygen and nitrogen safely during tanker unloading.</li>
<li >Ensure compliance with safety directives issued by Management.</li>

This full-time position is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, including recent graduates, who are prepared to contribute to a dynamic operational environment. The primary focus of this role is the day-to-day operation of Ladle Refining Furnaces (LRF), ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and supporting process improvement initiatives as directed by superiors.</p> <h3 >Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul >
<li >Attend toolbox meetings with crew members to address safe working practices, INIRs, Hazard & Risk Identifications, Ladder Safety, Housekeeping, and waste management.</li>
<li >Ensure all required tools, tackles, and consumables are readily available near the shop floor for both the current and reliever shifts to prevent operational delays.</li>
<li >Adhere to the shift relieving policy, which includes the proper handover and takeover of shifts at the worksite, and maintain presence during working hours.</li>
<li >Conduct pre-operation inspections and checklists, perform equipment trials, and report any observed abnormalities to the immediate superior.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Operational Duties</h3>
<ul >
<li >Prepare for operations, including the trial movement of scrap and ladle transfer cars, preheater, scrap buckets, rail exchangers, and purging lines.</li>
<li >Perform visual inspections of the shell bottom, conduct temperature measurements, and monitor the EBT flapper during closing.</li>
<li >Execute all activities related to purging hose connection and disconnection, manage LF consumables, and arrange manual alloy additions on the working floor.</li>
<li >Undertake electrode preparation activities, such as nipple fixing and lifting spare electrodes.</li>
<li >Perform electrode changing, adjustment, and preparation, seeking assistance from the EAF/LF supervisor as required.</li>
<li >Report to the EAF SIC and LRF SIC for material issuances based on stock availability at the shop floor.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Safety and Housekeeping</h3>
<ul >
<li >Conduct fire watch of the surrounding areas, including the Roof gantry, Tilting Cylinders, settling chamber, and materials area, during the EAF process and tapping.</li>
<li >Maintain a safe working environment and promptly report any unsafe conditions.</li>
<li >Perform cleaning of rail tracks, scrap cars, scrap charging areas, tapping pit trenches, electrode stands, and walkways.</li>
</ul> <h3 >Qualifications and Experience</h3>

<li >Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma.</li>
