Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas or industrial processing facilities. Experience in gas processing or shale gas facilities is highly desirable. Experience with modular skid-mounted process units is an advantage. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles related to static and rotating equipment. Experience in the design, specification, selection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pressure vessels, separators, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, fired heaters, boilers, and related equipment. Working knowledge of industry standards and codes including ASME and API standards. Experience using engineering software such as CAESAR II, HTRI, or equivalent. Experience with piping systems, equipment layouts, piping specifications, and field installation activities. Strong understanding of equipment integrity, damage mechanisms, inspection methodologies, and fitness-for-service assessments.
