Experience with modular skid-mounted process units is an advantage. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles related to static and rotating equipment. Experience in the design, specification, selection, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of pressure vessels, separators, heat exchangers, storage tanks, reactors, fired heaters, boilers, and related equipment. Working knowledge of industry standards and codes including ASME and API standards. Experience using engineering software such as CAESAR II, HTRI, or equivalent. Experience with piping systems, equipment layouts, piping specifications, and field installation activities. Strong understanding of equipment integrity, damage mechanisms, inspection methodologies, and fitness-for-service assessments. Experience developing and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, piping layouts, and isometric drawings. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
