The role will support the Commissioning Manager in coordinating commissioning readiness, tracking L1 L5 commissioning activities , maintaining commissioning documentation, monitoring open issues and corrective actions, and coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders through testing, turnover, and handover. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of mission-critical MEP systems, commissioning processes, testing documentation, and project handover, with strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Support the implementation and maintenance of the Project Commissioning Management Plan .</li><li>Coordinate commissioning activities across contractors, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain and update commissioning schedules, trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.</li><li>Track commissioning readiness against project milestones and stage-gate requirements.</li><li>Support coordination of L1 L5 commissioning activities , Functional Performance Testing, and Integrated Systems trackers.</li><li>Verify that commissioning test records, certificates, reports, and turnover packages are properly compiled and submitted.</li><li>Coordinate system turnover and handover documentation with construction, commissioning, document control, and operations teams.</li><li>Support preparation of commissioning progress reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and management updates.</li><li>Organize commissioning meetings and follow up on assigned actions and deadlines.</li><li>Escalate significant commissioning delays, constraints, risks, and readiness gaps to the Commissioning Manager.</li><li>Support final project acceptance and operational readiness activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate records within electronic commissioning management and document control
