<p>We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Release Engineering Architect to establish and lead the organization's Release Management capability. This role will define enterprise release strategy, governance, processes, and automation while building a high-performing team that delivers predictable, secure, and reliable software releases across multiple applications, platforms, and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Define and implement enterprise-wide Release Management strategy, standards, and governance. Build and lead the Release Management Office (RMO), including Release Managers and Coordinators. Plan, coordinate, and oversee enterprise releases across multiple applications and environments. Drive release readiness, Go/No-Go decisions, deployment planning, and rollback strategies. Partner with Engineering, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, Security, QA, and Business teams to ensure successful releases. Establish release KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive automation across CI/CD pipelines and promote DevSecOps best practices.
