Responsibilities:
• Provide support as directed by quality professionals in the successful implementation of quality
strategies, plans, objectives, and deliverables.
• Support the continued communication, development, and improvement of our Business Management
System (BMS)
• Support in the communication, development, and improvement of other supporting systems such as
Non-Conformance or customer satisfaction systems undertaking simple data analysis, guided by quality
professionals.
• Support planned assurance activities through planning, execution, and reporting phases. This may
include external assurance (e.g. suppliers and subcontractors)
• Support quality professionals in the production of quality deliverables in support of an overall project or
programme implementation
• Engage delivery and supporting functions to increase awareness of interfaces, working practices
Qualifications:
• Degree/certification or local equivalent in Quality management, or related discipline (desirable)
• Membership of CQI/ASQ Quality organizations, or equivalent (desirable)
• ISO 9001 awareness (desirable)
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
• Working knowledge of quality management principles and practices
• Proficient in the analysis of processes and data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good Level of communication skills in both written and spoken format
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and systematic thinking

المسؤوليات:
• تقديم الدعم وفقًا لتوجيهات أخصائيي الجودة في التنفيذ الناجح للاستراتيجيات والخطط والأهداف والمخرجات الخاصة بالجودة.
• دعم التواصل المستمر والتطوير والتحسين لنظام إدارة الأعمال الخاص بنا (BMS)
• تقديم الدعم في التواصل والتطوير والتحسين للأنظمة الداعمة الأخرى مثل أنظمة عدم المطابقة أو رضا العملاء مع إجراء تحليل بسيط للبيانات، بتوجيه من أخصائيي الجودة.
• دعم أنشطة الضمان المخطط لها خلال مراحل التخطيط والتنفيذ وإعداد التقارير. وقد يشمل ذلك الضمان الخارجي (مثل الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن)
• دعم أخصائيي الجودة في إنتاج مخرجات الجودة لدعم تنفيذ المشروع أو البرنامج ككل
• إشراك وظائف التسليم والدعم لزيادة الوعي بنقاط التواصل وممارسات العمل
المؤهلات:
• درجة علمية/شهادة أو ما يعادلها محليًا في إدارة الجودة، أو تخصص ذي صلة (مفضل)
• عضوية في منظمات الجودة مثل CQI/ASQ، أو ما يعادلها (مفضل)
• معرفة بمعيار ISO 9001 (مفضل)
المعرفة والمهارات والخبرة:
• معرفة عملية بمبادئ وممارسات إدارة الجودة
• إتقان تحليل العمليات والبيانات
• إتقان استخدام برامج Microsoft Office
• مستوى جيد من مهارات التواصل الشفهي والكتابي
• مهارات التحليل وحل المشكلات والتفكير المنهجي
