Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive Odoo sales revenue by developing and executing strategic sales plans, focusing on customer acquisition and expansion within target markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience with Odoo solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their business needs and positioning Odoo as the optimal solution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in sales leadership roles, specifically with ERP or CRM software solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling Odoo or similar open-source ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of various business industries and their specific software needs.
