Role Description We are seeking an experienced Superintendent – Site Construction Operations & Logistics to lead multi-site construction, camp, and logistics operations in support of major exploration and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for construction activities, camp operations, logistics, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality, governance, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee construction, logistics, and camp operations across multiple project locations. Plan, organize, and control project resources, including labour, materials, equipment, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements. Provide operational leadership for camp accommodation, facilities, utilities, infrastructure, and support services. Monitor contractor and vendor performance to ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. Oversee procurement planning, project cost control, financial approvals, and operational reporting. Promote a strong culture of health, safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement across all sites. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, fleet, inventory, procurement, and project teams to support seamless operations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor supervisors, and drive operational excellence through effective leadership and governance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in engineering, construction, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience managing camp construction, accommodation facilities, logistics, or multi-site operational environments is highly desirable. Proven experience leading contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of construction management, project planning, cost control, procurement, and operational governance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project reporting systems. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and quality management requirements. Experience in mining, industrial, remote-site, or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
