Job Details

Qualifications Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to operations in Jeddah and the wider region. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS usage, record-keeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration. Ability to plan and deliver training, support organizational development initiatives, and manage change in a growing company. Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage. Previous HR management experience in aviation or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or Somali is beneficial.
