Responsibilities
- Drive strategic decision-making and issue resolution across high-value PPP initiatives.
- Lead PPP projects from pursuit through delivery.
- Support winning PPP projects through market-facing leadership.
- Serve as Market Lead for PPP projects.
- Oversee PPP project delivery across key phases.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in engineering or a related field.
20+ years of experience leading complex PPP or infrastructure project delivery, with a strong track record of winning PPP bids.
Leadership in program management and risk oversight, including experience with PPP bid governance.
Proven ability to develop client relationships and manage senior stakeholders across public and private sector partners.
Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
Deep knowledge of PPP procurement models, contracts, and commercial structures is a plus.
Experience with PPP asset classes such as transport, social infrastructure, utilities, or mixed infrastructure programs would be advantageous.

القيادة في إدارة البرنامج والرقابة على المخاطر، بما في ذلك الخبرة في حوكمة عروض PPP.
قدرة مثبتة على تطوير علاقات مع العملاء وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة الكبار عبر الشركاء في القطاعين العام والخاص.
قيادة مُثبتة لفرق متعددة التخصصات.
معرفة عميقة بنماذج شراء PPP والعقود والهياكل التجارية تعتبر ميزة.
الخبرة مع فئات أصول PPP مثل النقل والبنية التحتية الاجتماعية والمرافق أو برامج البنية التحتية المختلطة ستكون مفيدة.
