Job description
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Specialist in Intelligence & Strategic Analysis, with a deep background and exceptional insight into the region’s political security, national intelligence, and military security. Serving as a core decision-support asset, you will report directly to Executive Leadership. You will be responsible for leading highly confidential, high-value independent investigative research and transforming complex, multi-source intelligence into forward-looking, actionable strategic assessments to provide solid intelligence support for critical organizational decisions during pivotal times.
Core Responsibilities
- High-Value Independent Investigations: Independently plan and spearhead targeted investigative research initiatives focusing on sensitive issues, emerging crises, and potential threats in the Middle East.
- Strategic Intelligence Synthesis & Assessment: Integrate and conduct in-depth analysis of fragmented intelligence drawn from multiple channels, including open-source intelligence (OSINT), geopolitical feeds, and military dynamics.
- Decision Support & Executive Briefing: Draft high-level strategic assessment reports and classified briefings. Report directly to Executive Leadership to provide clear, actionable policy or operational recommendations.
- Security Posture Tracking: Dynamically monitor the geopolitical power plays among major Middle Eastern actors, movements of non-state armed groups, alignments/adjustments of state intelligence networks, and the evolution of the military security landscape.

Skills
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in International Relations, Strategic Studies, National Security, Intelligence Studies, Middle Eastern Studies, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience in military, law enforcement, or intelligence sectors).
- Work Experience: A minimum of 3–10 years of senior-level experience in Middle East security analysis within national intelligence agencies, prominent strategic think tanks, military research centers, or multinational risk consultancies.
