Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing modes to generate qualified leads and pipeline for our IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity, networking).
  • Generate and manage IT infrastructure Leads from initiation to completion, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring adherence to budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with the tech team to ensure marketing efforts align with technical objectives, track lead quality, and manage the handoff of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the technical pipeline.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and new opportunities to position company offerings effectively in the Riyadh market.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems to monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reports to management.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities, webinars, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Work closely with the sales team, product development team, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that align with business goals.Localization: Ensure all messaging and campaigns are culturally relevant and resonant for the local Saudi Arabian audience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or IT sector
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential for this role
  • Location: Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or willing to relocate immediately
