Roles & Responsibilities

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Manage social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer acquisition.
  • Build relationships with media agencies, vendors, and external partners.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Organize events, product launches, and corporate promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5 10 years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems.
