Roles & Responsibilities
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Lead branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with media agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Monitor marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Organize events, product launches, and corporate promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 10 years of marketing experience, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems.

Desired Candidate Profile
