URGENT HIRINGJob Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of ournursery facility in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in nursery production, plantmaintenance, customer handling, and inventory management through ERP systems. The role requireshands-on supervision of nursery activities including trees, shrubs, and ground cover production andmaintenance.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day nursery operations. Oversee the maintenance and production of trees, shrubs, and ground cover plants. Manage shrub production activities and ensure healthy plant growth and quality standards. Monitor irrigation, fertilization, pest control, pruning, and general plant care. Register incoming and outgoing nursery stock through the ERP system accurately. Maintain proper inventory records and coordinate stock movement. Assist customers by presenting nursery stock and providing professional guidance on plantselection. Coordinate with management regarding production planning and nursery requirements. Ensure nursery cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained. Supervise nursery workers and daily operational activities efficiently.
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the nursery or landscaping industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance and production of trees, shrubs, and ground cover. Experience in shrub production and nursery operations. Familiarity with ERP systems for stock registration and inventory tracking. Good communication and customer service skills. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required. Valid driving license is mandatory.
Preferred Skills Strong organizational and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Knowledge of nursery best practices and plant health management. Basic computer and ERP knowledge.
