Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation: Develop visually engaging content for digital and print materials such as social media, websites and packaging.
- Brand Development: Develop the brand guidelines and collaborate with the marketing team to create consistent design elements that align with the client's brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs for optimal impact.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and tools to continuously enhance your skills and contribute innovative ideas.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work alongside other creative professionals, such as writers and marketers, to create cohesive campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency setting.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity across various projects.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for aesthetics and details, ensuring quality in every design.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to life.
