Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

At Soum, we're looking for a creative and strategic Campaign Specialist to lead marketing campaigns across Electronics & Cars categories. This role focuses on campaign strategy, creative ideation, influencer marketing, partnerships, and campaign execution working closely with Digital, Content, and Design teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

You'll own campaign execution across our social and digital channels, develop SEO-driven content strategies, and work closely with our CRM and growth teams to optimize every touchpoint in the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop campaign strategies and marketing plans aligned with business goals

  • Plan and execute campaigns for Cars & Electronics categories

  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end, including sourcing, briefing, content direction, follow-ups, and execution

  • Build creative campaign concepts, storytelling angles, and content ideas

  • Write campaign copies, scripts, hooks, and social media content directions

  • Coordinate with the Digital team to launch campaigns and ensure smooth execution

  • Manage partnerships and collaboration opportunities with brands and influencers

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Content, Design, CRM, and Production

  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest creative optimizations

  • Stay updated on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • 1 2 years of experience in campaign management, influencer marketing, or brand marketing

  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning skills

  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability

  • Excellent Arabic copywriting and scriptwriting skills

  • Strong communication and project coordination abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in the automotive or electronics industries is a plus
