Role Objective The Stakeholders Relations Specialist will serve as a primary liaison between SAMF and its diverse network of external partners, government entities, corporate sponsors, international sporting bodies (such as the FIA and FIM), and local communities. This role is crucial for building, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships that support the growth of motorsports in the Kingdom, ensure seamless event execution, and enhance SAMF’s institutional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management & Liaison:
Act as the focal point of communication between SAMF and key external stakeholders, including government ministries, municipalities, law enforcement, and civil defense for event coordination. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with international motorsport governing bodies (FIA, FIM) to ensure alignment on regulations, calendars, and licensing. Nurture partnerships with corporate sponsors, vendors, and local automotive clubs to maximize mutual value.
Coordination & Engagement:
Coordinate stakeholder requirements and approvals for major local and international motorsport events hosted by SAMF. Organize stakeholder engagement activities, regular meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment on strategic objectives. Address and resolve stakeholder concerns or conflicts efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to federation operations and events.
Reporting & Database Management:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date database of all key stakeholders, mapping their influence, interests, and contact history. Prepare regular stakeholder engagement reports, briefing notes, and communication materials for senior management. Monitor and analyze public and stakeholder perceptions of SAMF to help shape proactive engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in stakeholder relations, public affairs, corporate communications, or partnership management—ideally within the sports, entertainment, or government sectors in Saudi Arabia. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional networking, negotiation, and diplomacy skills; ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels (from local enthusiasts to high-ranking officials). Language: Native fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
