Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executives calendars, meetings, appointments, and business priorities effectively.
  • Coordinate and follow up on projects, tasks, initiatives, and action plans to ensure timely execution.
  • Track project and task progress, monitor deadlines, and prepare status updates and follow-up reports for management.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments and teams to ensure workflow alignment and task completion.
  • Organize and coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support management in monitoring operational performance and escalating delays or risks when necessary.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives.
  • Maintain confidential records, contracts, reports, and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in organizing executive visits, events, workshops, and company activities.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and service providers as required.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by enhancing coordination, communication, and administrative workflows.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of project updates, meeting outcomes, and operational records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field./li>
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role./li>
  • Experience in project coordination, executive reporting, and cross-functional communication./li>
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project coordination tools./li>
