We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the strategic expansion of our legal services across the Saudi Arabian market. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal sector within the Riyadh region and broader Saudi Arabian market. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, external partners, and key stakeholders. - Collaborate with senior partners and legal teams to tailor services that meet client needs and market demands. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Represent the law firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand reputation. - Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and targets to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus. - Proven experience in business development within the legal industry or professional services sector, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East. - Strong understanding of the legal market landscape and client needs in Saudi Arabia. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that deliver measurable results. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
