Job description

We are seeking for a dynamic and results-driven Projects Sales Expert to lead our sales operations in the Western Province (Jeddah) of Saudi Arabia. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic project growth in the construction and infrastructure sectors. This role will directly report into the Project Sales Manager

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and execution plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
  • Foster a culture of trust, transparency, and ethical conduct within the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to provide business insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, operations, finance, and technical departments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project status updates, and client interactions
  • Prepare regular performance and market reports for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure the use and updating of CRM tools and systems (e.g., IQS / CPQ for Sales)
  • Monitor accounts receivable, resolve escalated issues, and coordinate with credit control teams
  • Handle customer complaints in line with the company’s established procedure to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia, and occasionally abroad, for business needs



Skills

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Business Administration or MBA would be valuable.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of the paint sector would be valuable.
  • Being a collaborative team player
  • Result oriented by being resilient, disciplined, consistent & having effective prioritizing skills in his/her approach
  • Self-motivated and driven and possess a customer centric mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English & Arabic
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX/D365).
