Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs.
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT strategy.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus.
