We are looking for a professional Spa Receptionist to be part of our team in Riyadh. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience.

? Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage bookings and appointments efficiently
  • Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Handle payments (cash & card) and issue receipts
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

✅ Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Experience in spa/salon/clinic is a plus
