We are looking for a professional Spa Receptionist to be part of our team in Riyadh. The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality customer experience.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage bookings and appointments efficiently
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle payments (cash & card) and issue receipts
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience in spa/salon/clinic is a plus
