We are seeking a mid-level Project / Delivery Manager to drive the execution of technology initiatives within a Telecom / Digital Services / Fintech environment. The role focuses on coordinating end-to-end delivery across BSS platforms, API integrations, and digital services, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams. This is not a traditional project management role—it is a hands-on delivery coordination role that requires strong follow-up, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking across complex, integration-heavy environments.
Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the central coordination point between Business, Product, Commercial, and Technology teams.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, scope, and delivery timelines across BSS systems and digital platforms.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners/vendors when required.
Delivery Management (BSS & APIs)
• Track and drive delivery of initiatives involving:
• BSS platforms (billing, charging, CRM, order management)
• API integrations (internal and external systems)
• Digital channels and fintech services (payments, wallets, onboarding)
• Ensure all deliverables progress according to agreed plans and timelines.
• Monitor dependencies across systems and teams, especially in integration scenarios.
Planning & Execution Tracking
• Maintain detailed delivery plans, integration trackers, and milestone timelines.
• Track API development, testing, and deployment activities across environments.
• Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, and release coordination in Agile setups.
Reporting & Governance
• Provide structured and regular status reports (daily/weekly) covering:
• Progress against milestones
• Integration status (APIs, partners, systems)
• Risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure visibility and transparency across all stakeholders.
Risk & Escalation Management
• Proactively identify risks related to:
• Integration delays
• API dependencies
• Vendor or third-party deliverables
• Follow defined escalation paths and ensure timely resolution.
Tools & Documentation
• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence to track delivery progress, manage tasks and dependencies, and document updates.
• Ensure proper documentation of integration flows, assumptions, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery management, or project management within Telecom, Fintech, or Digital Services.
• Proven experience working on BSS systems and/or API-based integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational, tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Telecom BSS domains (Billing, Charging, CRM, Order Management).
• Exposure to Fintech services (payments, wallets, digital onboarding).
• Familiarity with API concepts (REST, JSON, authentication, error handling) and integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Exposure to working with vendors or third-party integrators.
