Job Vacancy: HR Supervisor The hospital is seeking an HR Supervisor with experience in managing HR operations within a medical environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities:Supervise recruitment processes for medical and administrative staff. Manage employee affairs (contracts, leave, payroll, performance evaluation). Handle professional licensing files (SCFHS) Support workplace culture across medical departments. Implement and develop HR policies aligned with hospital standards. Resolve employee issues and ensure compliance with Saudi labor law. Prepare periodic reports for senior management. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in hospitals. Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and Ministry of Health regulations. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with medical staff. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
