We are looking for a Sushi Chef or Sushi Assistant to join our restaurant in Riyadh.This position is for a small sushi section that serves a limited menu including basic sushi rolls and sushi cups. Sushi is not the main concept of the restaurant, so we are looking for someone with good basic experience who can prepare simple sushi items with good quality and presentation.Responsibilities:- Preparing basic sushi rolls and sushi cups- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards- Organizing ingredients and preparing daily mise en place- Supporting the kitchen team when needed
