Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Prep Cook located in Riyadh. The Prep Cook will be responsible for assisting in daily food preparation activities, ensuring the kitchen is clean and organized, and supporting the cooking and baking processes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cooking stations, following recipes accurately, and adhering to food safety regulations. The Prep Cook plays a critical role in ensuring efficient kitchen operations and delivering high-quality meals.
Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Baking Strong skills and knowledge in Food & Beverage best practices Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and management Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is an advantage Food safety certification or relevant training is preferred
