Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Relations Specialist located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Employee Relations Specialist will handle employee relations matters, foster employee engagement, ensure compliance with labor and employment laws, and contribute to enhancing workplace culture. Additional responsibilities include overseeing HR policies, managing employee grievances, supporting performance management processes, and acting as a liaison between employees and management to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement Thorough understanding and application of HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law Proficiency in Performance Management and implementing effective performance improvement plans Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities Proven ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in the coffee, hospitality, or retail industry
