Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Permitting Director to lead our permitting division and drive the permitting process for our transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive permitting strategy that aligns with the overall vision and goals of Qiddiya Investment Company.
Lead and manage the permitting team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for effective permitting processes.
Oversee the preparation and submission of all permits necessary for development projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Engage regularly with government agencies and regulatory bodies to advocate for Qiddiya's projects and facilitate timely approvals.
Monitor project timelines and ensure that all permitting activities are executed efficiently, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
Evaluate and analyze permitting policies, streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct public outreach and stakeholder engagement activities, presenting information about permitting processes and addressing community concerns.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure the organization remains compliant and competitive.
Prepare and present performance reports on permitting activities and recommend improvements to senior management.

Collaboration with global industry leaders in real estate development, architecture, and planning Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Policy, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in permitting, regulatory compliance, or land use planning, with a proven record of leadership in large-scale development projects.
Demonstrated experience in managing permitting processes from inception through completion.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of local, regional, and national permitting regulations and best practices.
Proficient in the use of planning and regulatory software and tools.
Strong understanding of environmental laws and public outreach strategies.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
