Job Description Summary


  • Serves as the dedicated, in-country HR leader for Adobe KSA, responsible for enabling compliant, effective, and HR services tailored to the local context and support.
  • Acts as a primary HR contact for the market and a strategic bridge across HR program designs and rollouts, partnering closely with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including Shared Services, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Legal, Talent Development, and Total Rewards. . Ensures seamless integration and execution of HR initiatives, adapting programs to meet local compliance requirements and facilitates communication and alignment that reflect both global standards and the unique context of the Saudi Arabian market
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and country leadership, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to enable effective people management, organizational growth, and a positive workplace culture aligned with both local and global priorities
  • Demonstrates resilience and a practical approach to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. Operates independently as the sole on-site HR leader and proactively draws on remote support and resources to get results.

The Opportunity


This is a great opportunity to shape and lead the Country HR function for Adobe in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As the first dedicated HR leader in this market, you will play a pivotal role in establishing robust, compliant, and locally relevant HR operations that support Adobe’s rapid business growth and evolving regulatory landscape.


In this role, you will collaborate closely with country leadership and global HR teams, ensuring seamless integration of HR programs and initiatives. You will act as the strategic connector between local needs and global standards, adapting HR solutions to meet the unique requirements of the Saudi Arabian market.


What you’ll do


  • Establish, administer, and fully own the ongoing management of foundational HR operations and processes, ensuring alignment with Adobe’s standards and Saudi regulatory requirements in close partnership with Legal
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad), managing the entire employee lifecycle—including hiring, onboarding, and termination—while overseeing visa processing, Iqama renewals, Saudization requirements if applicable, payroll accuracy, and end-of-service benefits
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing consultation and support on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, change management, and performance management. Serve as a role model for Adobe’s values, ensuring they are reflected in HR initiatives, employee experiences, and organizational outcomes
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on Saudi-specific employment practices and cultural considerations
  • Partner with EMEA Employee Experience leadership and COEs to deliver HR programs and initiatives, including engagement surveys, leadership development, annual rewards, and strategic workforce planning
  • Facilitate planning and offsite sessions to improve organizational efficiency and lead change initiatives
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes and policies in collaboration with Legal and HRBP teams to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Manage complex employee relations situations including conflict, disciplinary actions, grievances and separation in partnership with the regional Employee & Labor Relations team

What's needed to succeed


  • Demonstrated solid knowledge of HR concepts, local and regional employment laws, and statutory requirements, including expertise in Saudi labor regulations and government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI)
  • Autonomous and highly focused, with exceptional prioritization skills and a willingness to take a hands-on approach to deliver results independently
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information in compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
  • Proven ability to apply HR principles and frameworks to drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and change management
  • Ability to manage timelines, coordinate resources and build relationships remotely
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Employee Relations specialist in a fast-paced environment, with a strong customer focus and a practical approach to challenges
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Experience working across Middle East markets is desirable
