We are seeking a highly experienced Payroll Manager to lead and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll processing across the organization. The role plays a critical part in maintaining payroll integrity, adherence to Saudi labor and payroll regulations, and continuous improvement of payroll processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical expertise, and hands-on payroll system experience, while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, ZATCA, WPS, and other statutory payroll requirements. Lead, coach, and develop the payroll team to ensure high performance and operational excellence. Conduct payroll audits, reconciliations, and variance analysis to maintain financial accuracy. Partner closely with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations. Manage payroll for multi-location operations, ensuring standardized and efficient processes. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls. Lead payroll system implementations, enhancements, and automation initiatives. Resolve complex payroll issues, discrepancies, and employee inquiries professionally and promptly. Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in payroll management, preferably within large or multi-location organizations. Saudi National (Mandatory). Strong and up-to-date knowledge of Saudi labor law and payroll regulations. Proven expertise in payroll systems and HRIS, including SAP; experience with Mena ITech or other enterprise payroll platforms is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder-management capabilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
