We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on E-commerce Merchandising Store Manager to own product listings and merchandising execution across major online sales channels. This role plays a critical part in driving visibility, conversion, and customer experience through high-quality content, optimized listings, and strong visual presentation. You will manage product data, imagery, and written content while ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms. Working in a fully remote environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining a high degree of autonomy. The ideal candidate combines technical merchandising expertise with a strong SEO mindset and a proactive, results-driven approach. This is a high-impact role at the core of online revenue performance.
Accountabilities
Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Source, edit, and organize product images to ensure high-quality visual presentation and brand consistency. Write and maintain compelling, SEO-optimized product descriptions with strong attention to detail. Manage product feeds using feed management tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date catalog data. Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities to improve discoverability and conversion. Maintain merchandising standards across platforms while supporting ongoing store optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising and store management. Mandatory hands-on experience creating and managing Amazon product listings. Strong expertise with feed management tools and product data optimization. Experience sourcing and managing product photography and visual assets. Solid content writing skills with attention to detail; SEO experience is a plus. Familiarity with Shopify is a nice-to-have. Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong work ethic.
