Job Purpose To lead and develop sales activities for the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business, achieving revenue and market share targets while building strong relationships with key clients and ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies for the Ready Mix Concrete division in line with company objectives. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and increase market share. Lead, manage, and develop the sales team (recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivation). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including contractors, developers, consultants, and government entities. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability. Identify and pursue current and upcoming construction projects and business opportunities. Coordinate with production, operations, quality, finance, and logistics teams to ensure timely and quality delivery to customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing, and provide regular reports to senior management. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or service. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales within the Ready Mix Concrete or construction materials industry. Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets. Strong knowledge of the construction market and Ready Mix Concrete business. Established relationships with contractors and consultants are an advantage.
