Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Media Expert, based in Bangalore, supporting Avnzor’s performance marketing efforts across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and other performance channels. The role is highly hands-on and performance-focused, with direct ownership of campaign structure, budgets, optimization, and reporting.
You will work closely with Avnzor’s marketing and growth teams to ensure paid media activity is aligned with business objectives, including customer acquisition efficiency, ROAS, and sustainable scale.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance platforms Own daily budget management to achieve ROAS and CPA targets Monitor performance and implement continuous optimizations across audiences, creatives, and bidding Analyze campaign data and turn insights into clear, actionable improvements Conduct audience, keyword, and creative performance research Collaborate with internal teams on creatives, landing pages, and testing roadmaps Prepare concise performance reports and present results to stakeholders Stay up to date with platform changes and performance marketing best practices
Qualifications
Proven experience in performance marketing and paid media execution Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Solid understanding of campaign analytics, attribution, and optimization logic Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment E-commerce or D2C experience is a strong advantage
