Job Details

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including technology agreements and marketing partnerships. Represent the company before courts, labor offices, and government authorities as needed. Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution matters, coordinating with external counsel where appropriate. Advise on employment and labor law matters, including terminations, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations. Ensure legal compliance in areas such as data protection, IP, commercial law, and employment law. Support the development and implementation of legal policies, contract templates, and risk mitigation strategies. Act as the primary legal advisor to marketing and operations teams. Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the corporate, tech, and digital sectors in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required; a Master’s degree in Law (LLM) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of legal experience. Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required. Strong experience in:Litigation and court representation, including commercial and employment disputes. Labor and employment law, including dispute resolution and compliance with Saudi Labor Law. Marketing contracts, such as influencer agreements and agency engagements. Data protection and privacy regulations. Intellectual property law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and partner effectively with business teams.
