Job Details

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Officer to join our team, to be based in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of solar project materials from suppliers to warehouses and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:Logistics & Transportation Plan and execute inbound and outbound logistics for solar project materials. Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and vendors for timely dispatch and delivery. Track shipments and ensure adherence to project schedules. Optimize transportation routes and costs. Material Handling & Inventory Monitor receipt, unloading, and storage of solar modules, inverters, structures, and BOS items. Ensure proper handling to avoid damage and losses. Maintain accurate inventory records at warehouses and project sites. Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with procurement, project, and site teams for material planning. Coordinate with suppliers for dispatch schedules and documentation. Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or shortages. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and verify logistics documents (LR, challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists). Ensure compliance with statutory, customs (if applicable), and company logistics policies. Maintain records for audits and project reporting.
Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, or Construction projects. Experience handling bulk and fragile cargo
