About the Role Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of organizational performance management systems to drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, and business results across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensive organizational performance management frameworks including strategic KPIs, balanced scorecards, OKRs, performance dashboards, and reporting mechanisms aligned with corporate strategy Oversee end-to-end performance measurement cycles, facilitate performance reviews with business unit leaders, and manage performance management technology platforms and analytics tools Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership and business unit heads on performance metrics, strategic goal-setting, performance improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision-making Design and deliver training programs on performance measurement methodologies and strategic planning tools while creating communication materials to drive organizational adoption Analyze organizational performance data to identify trends, generate executive dashboards and reports on strategic KPIs, and conduct performance audits to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering stakeholder feedback, modernizing performance measurement processes, and staying current on industry best practices and emerging methodologies Partner with Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence, and business unit leaders to ensure integration of performance metrics across strategic planning and execution processes Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making, strategic alignment, and continuous performance improvement throughout the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred2-4 years of progressive experience in strategy, business performance management, strategic planning, or management consulting Proven experience designing and implementing organizational performance management systems in medium to large organizations Strong knowledge of performance management methodologies including KPIs, OKRs, balanced scorecards, and strategic planning frameworks Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with C-suite executives and senior business leaders Excellent facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience translating data into strategic insights and recommendations Proficiency with business intelligence and performance management tools (Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, SAP BPC) Strategy or business analysis certification (e.g., Certified Strategy Professional) preferred Experience with enterprise system implementations and change management preferred
