Company - Ridik Pt. Ltd Position - Senior Scrum Master Location - Riyadh , Saudi Arabic - Mandatory. Saudi National are Preferable. Job Purpose Scrum of the Scrums role will support the digital factory in coordinating and aligning multiple Agile teams to ensure smooth, predictable delivery of high-value outcomes. He/she will facilitate cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies and impediments, and ensure consistent application of Agile practices. The role will work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts and delivery leadership to drive transparency, continuous improvement, and effective scaling of Agile delivery while learning industry best practices, tools, and scaled Agile methodologies under the guidance of senior Agile leadership.
Qualification & Experience: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, product delivery, or program coordination, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban). Experience working in multi-team or scaled Agile environments is preferred. Familiarity with digital banking platforms, mobile applications, or web-based solutions is an required.
Skills:Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. SAFe® Agilist, SAFe® Scrum Master, or experience working within SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS frameworks is an advantage. Agile Coaching or Program/Delivery Management certifications are a plus. Strong understanding of Agile practices, backlog management, and user story creation. Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, designers, and business teams. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Critical thinking, initiative, and ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.
