- Suuport the OD DM in develop talent management initiatives, focusing on career path development and succession planning to prepare the organization for future needs.
- Provide advisory support to all HR development specialist across the group in all activities related to OD or HR development.
- Suuport the OD DM in the Re-organization and Re-structuring processes by conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Suuport the OD DM in the performance appraisal exercise, ensuring they are consistently aligned with group policies and objectives.
- Suuport the OD DM in YESR exercise by reviewing promotion requests across the group and ensuring they align with established policies and practices.
- Collaborate with company's HRMs and relevant departments, develop and implement a manpower plan aligned with company goals. This includes identifying current workforce, forecasting staffing needs and coordinating talent strategies to optimize workforce effectiveness for current and future needs.
- Assisting in any other job-related tasks from time to time.
