  1. Suuport the OD DM in develop talent management initiatives, focusing on career path development and succession planning to prepare the organization for future needs.
  2. Provide advisory support to all HR development specialist across the group in all activities related to OD or HR development.
  3. Suuport the OD DM in the Re-organization and Re-structuring processes by conducting comprehensive assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Suuport the OD DM in the performance appraisal exercise, ensuring they are consistently aligned with group policies and objectives.
  5. Suuport the OD DM in YESR exercise by reviewing promotion requests across the group and ensuring they align with established policies and practices.
  6. Collaborate with company's HRMs and relevant departments, develop and implement a manpower plan aligned with company goals. This includes identifying current workforce, forecasting staffing needs and coordinating talent strategies to optimize workforce effectiveness for current and future needs.
  7. Assisting in any other job-related tasks from time to time.
