Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Relations Officer. You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance with Saudi labor laws, overseeing employee relations, and handling visa requirements and processing. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in employee relations and government relations, and a deep understanding of Saudi employment regulations.

المسؤوليات

• Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws, including the Ministry of Labor regulations.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in labor law and advise senior management on necessary adjustments to policies or procedures.
• Oversee all aspects of visa processing, including work permits, residency permits (Iqama), and renewals for employees and their families.
• Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., Ministry of Labor, GOSI) to ensure compliance with immigration and visa regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with Saudi labor laws and company objectives.

المؤهلات

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
