HR Administrative Assistant

Master-Works is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing documents
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing applications, and communicating with candidates
  • Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires
  • Manage HR databases and ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Help organize employee training and development programs
  • Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback
  • Support HR initiatives by preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR department
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
