Master-Works is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR functions and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and processing documents
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing applications, and communicating with candidates
- Prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires
- Manage HR databases and ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Help organize employee training and development programs
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking evaluations and feedback
- Support HR initiatives by preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within an HR department
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
