Role Purpose
To support and facilitate site operations & requirements for NEOM Media client
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
- Ensures compliance with all procedures
- Assists H&S team with site inductions when needed
- Support the media sector in all areas in line with the business strategy for the media sector and incoming slate of productions into NEOM both regional and international.
- Support the Site Studio Ops Team in management of studio sites & locations operated by NEOM Media
- Interface with upcoming clients – Location, Unit & Production Teams
- Support production clients working at the studio
- Check daily contractor reports for Studio Zone
- Monitor all fuel, potable water deliveries & waste and wastewater removal
- Monitor KPI spot checks in Accommodation, Cinema & Studio Zones
- Manage Fixed & Movable asset register software
- Manage Storage & tracking of movable assets BS
- Coordinate Studio Zone occupancy with Studio Ops Coordinator
- Complete handover protocols & documents with clients and tenants
- Monitor O&M contractor compliance for Accommodation & Cinema Zone
- Assist Hospitality team with incoming clients/productions arrivals
- Manage & input information relating to BS into team Sharepoints
- Assist in collecting information & monitoring assets for insurance purposes
- Ensure clients are following NEOM Environmental requirements & procedures
- Monitor OM contractor checks of all A/C units, DB boxes, Heaters & other utilities
- Assist with entering data into Access Control software
- Tour with productions & VIP visitors
- Source materials in Tabuk for clients and Studio Ops team when needed
- Operate heavy machinery to support productions
People Management
• Support Site Unit Studio Operations Lead Coordinator in managing contractors & other staff
• Manage and oversee OMH team in daily operations and reporting
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Extensive local experience & contacts
• 3 + years of experience working in the Film Industry
• 3 + years experience as project coordinator
• Project management & site operations skills
Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Engineering degree is preferable
- Vocational training on the ground
