<p>Position : Legal Administrative Assistant Compensation : SAR 18,000 per month plus benefits Location : Riyadh, KSA Overview Gateworth is supporting a leading international law firm with the continued expansion of its Riyadh office and is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join its growing team. This is a varied and dynamic role that combines legal and office administration responsibilities, including document management and amendments, travel coordination, event planning, client billing, expense processing, and vendor administration. The successful candidate will also provide front-of-house support, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and visitors while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Main Responsibilities Provide professional front-of-house and reception support, welcoming clients and visitors and ensuring a first-class experience. Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries for Partners and Lawyers. Schedule and coordinate meetings, seminars, client events, and internal office functions. Prepare, amend, format, proofread, and manage legal documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence. Process client billing requests, expense claims, supplier invoices, and vendor/payee set-ups. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, office operations, facilities management, and general administrative projects. Manage incoming calls, correspondence, couriers, and office communications.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Qualifications & Prerequisites 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within a law firm, professional services or international corporate environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment Excellent Arabic and English communication and client-facing skills with a professional approach. Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Positive, organised and able to work effectively with diverse cultural at all levels.</p>
<p>Gateworth is working in partnership with a prestigious international law firm which is looking to hire a government relations officer to join their growing team in Riyadh. This role will offer the opportunity to join an ambitious firm working alongside colleagues from international markets, whilst also acting as the firms key liaison for all Saudi government ministries. Alongside the core responsibilities of handling government relations matters, this individual will also play a part in supporting with HR administration, daily office operations and BD pitch submissions via government portals.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and maintain effective working relationships with key Saudi government entities, including MHRSD, Jawazat, the Ministry of Justice, and other relevant authorities.</li><li>Act as the firm's official representative liaising with government bodies in person to process applications, resolve any issues and complete regulatory requirements.</li><li>Handle all matters relating to Ministry of Investment (MISA) registrations, licensing obligations, and requirements for foreign-owned entities.</li><li>Ensure the firm's corporate records, professional company registration, and statutory requirements remain up to date through the Ministry of Commerce and associated digital platforms.</li><li>Track and complete regulatory submissions, renewals, permits, and registrations to ensure adherence to all governmental requirements and deadlines.</li><li>Monitor government portals daily for public sector legal tenders and RFPs.</li><li>Assist the BD & Marketing team with proposal development administration, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.</li><li>Manage the firm's activities on employment-related government platforms, ensuring employee records including Saudization programs are maintained and processed accurately in line with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide general HR assistance related to employee onboarding, offboarding and any employee relations queries.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>The successful candidate should be fully bilingual English and Arabic (written and spoken). This position is ideally suited to Saudi Nationals and is open to both male and female candidates. This role would be required to demonstrate a strong understanding combined with relevant working experience handling corporate matters linked to Saudi labour law, local regulations and Saudization quotas. Our client is looking to hire a proactive, team player who can add value to the firms operations through demonstrating a high level of accuracy and ability to build productive relationships at government level.</p>
