<h3>About the Role</h3><p>Al Habib Bedding, a growing retail company in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a <strong>General Accountant</strong> to join its finance team. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions within the company.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing procedures.</li><li>Review branch sales, cash collections, and financial reconciliations.</li><li>Monitor inventory transactions and assist with stock reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial analysis.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in a general accounting role.</li><li>Previous experience in the retail sector is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.</li><li>Knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent organizational abilities.</li></ul><h3>Work Environment</h3><p>This role is based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time schedule within the finance department of Al Habib Bedding.</p>

<p>Achieving the monthly sales target</p><p>- Welcoming all customers immediately upon entering the showroom</p><p>- Building positive relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, and offering them the appropriate product</p><p>- Handling customer complaints positively, attempting to resolve all their issues, and escalating the matter to the direct manager if a solution cannot be reached</p><p>- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to instructions in effect at the time, and following instructions regarding merchandise reservation</p><p>- Providing a high level of customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to the customer and giving them adequate attention, following the five principles of customer service, continuously communicating with the customer via phone, SMS, email, and all available methods, and keeping the customer informed about all new products and services</p><p>- Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace</p><p>- Maintaining a proper appearance and adhering to the full official uniform</p><p>- Following management instructions regarding work rules previously circulated, such as (circulars regarding working hours, breaks, dining times and locations, entry and exit, business visits, leaves, etc.)</p>
